Your Guide to Booking, Payment, and Preparing for Your Session

Click 'Book Now' button on the home page or Call/text 615-326-4325 to book a session. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email. (Please contact us right away if you have not received the email! Either there’s a typo or you didn’t complete the booking process all the way through!)
ALL CLIENTS are required to leave a card on file to reserve their appointment. Your card number is fully encrypted (cannot be seen by anyone, including us) and will not be charged until after your session unless you provide a different form of payment at your session. If you do not want to leave a card, you can request an invoice and pay for your session at the time of booking. If you intend to pay with a gift card, please type in the notes or send to us the gift card CODE to redeem.
Please note, by scheduling your session, you agree to our cancellation policy. Your card WILL be charged in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
You will receive e-mail and text message reminders both 48 & 24 hours before your appointment. As a courtesy to our therapists and staff, we uphold a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy. Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a late charge. Alternatively, you may send a friend or family member in your place to avoid a charge. If you are unable to get a hold of us, please provide written notice via text message and/or email.
At this time, we do not accept insurance. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards for payment.
Drink water! Staying properly hydrated is crucial for maximizing the benefits of your massage session. Hydration plays a vital role in muscle recovery and minimizing any post-session soreness or discomfort. Massage therapy promotes circulation and aids in the release of toxins from your muscles. By drinking plenty of water, you ensure that your body is well-hydrated, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the massage. So, prioritize water intake before and after your session for the best possible results.
Please arrive on-time and no later than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Your appointment time is when we should be starting your session, not when you are walking in the door!
All clients are required to complete intake forms for their first appointment. Before your session, we will sit down and discuss your goals for this appointment. Together we will create a treatment plan to be sure your massage fits your needs. Even if you are experienced at receiving massage, this time allows us the opportunity to learn what works best for you. We will discuss any medical conditions and decide on areas of focus. After you have the opportunity to share and ask any questions you may have, you will be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie down on a padded massage table under the sheet/blanket. You will be properly draped with a sheet and blanket, exposing only the area being worked on. The room is dimly lit with your choice of music playing in the background to create a soothing ambiance.
Many people prefer a quiet session while others like to chat. This is up to you. We do not initiate conversation during a session, but will respond if you wish to converse. All that we ask is that you communicate if you need something in order to be more comfortable during your massage.
The goal is to provide you with the best experience possible; knowing if you are too hot, too cold, in an awkward position, or if the pressure is too much or too little is important. If there is something you need, we encourage you to let us know. We will check in with you during the session to be sure you are comfortable, however, if you don't voice what you need, we have no way of knowing.

No. Tips are always appreciated but NOT expected. The BEST form of gratuity to us (truly) are the 3 R's... Rebook, Review, and Refer!!! In reviewing and referring, you are helping us reach more clients in need, and keeping this small business open! And we would MUCH rather have you come in regularly and invest in your health and wellness, than receive a tip.♥
Yes, we sure do! Small humans need self care and healing just as much as grown ups do! Parents/guardians may accompany their child in the treatment room.
Yes, we have a private parking lot adjacent to our building.
We are located inside Synergy Holistic Wellness at 1439 NW Broad St in Murfreesboro, TN. Our building is between Kestner's Chiropractic and Sylvan Park restaurant.
No. Our building itself is. However, our massage studio is located up a flight of stairs.
No. Your comfort is our utmost priority. We've treated clients who are in the nude (properly draped, of course!) to fully clothed and everywhere in between. We will work with you to accommodate any needs you may have regarding draping and body positioning to ensure you always feel safe and secure.
Your massage doesn't have to (and shouldn’t) hurt to be effective. If you experience any pain or discomfort during our session, please tell your therapist! We are always happy to stop or modify your treatment to suit your needs. We want you to leave feeling better than when you arrived!
It's our controversial opinion that "deep tissue" isn't a real modality. It's a marketing term some people use to upcharge. If you're asking whether I provide firm pressure, we are able to meet most people’s needs. We also utilize a number of modalities and tools that accomplish the same effect without causing undue pain or discomfort.
If you feel sick, please cancel your appointment, especially if you suspect a fever. Your massage will be safer and more enjoyable once you feel better. However, in lieu of a regular session, we may choose to utilize other wellness immune boosting services for you, such as foot detox, Raindrop oils, and Terahertz frequencies. Please note the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies in the event of illness or emergency.
We utilize a variety of different oils and creams, but it is always of utmost importance to us to use high quality, pure, organic, toxin free products that are healthy for our bodies!
We've seen it all. Take a deep breath; you're beautiful.
Yes. Our location is accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.
